Usage
Every plan includes an amount of usage each week, in a week that starts the first time your workspace runs work after the last one ended. Usage measures the work you delegate across Amolfi — AI, meetings, research, communications, document processing, automations, and agent tasks — without ever making you reason about raw model tokens.
Owners see usage as a percentage of the week and the date it resets. When the week's usage is spent, work continues on your Crowns if you have any and the switch is on — "Use my Crowns when plan usage runs out" — and stops cleanly at the plan if it is off. Records, results, approvals and billing stay available either way.
Add Social linking to Pro, a person to Business, or buy Crowns for a heavy month.
Your plan's usage refreshes every week. Need more? Buy Crowns: 400 to the dollar. Crowns are priced from our measured model cost, and your statement shows both.
Or any amount from $5 to $10,000 on the web.
Crowns are good for 12 months. If your plan lapses they are held, not lost, and the clock stops until you come back.
Every plan has the whole product and every model; the rungs differ in how much runs at once. Starter is where you put your business into Amolfi and run your first real work, and it comes with a 14-day trial. Pro is one person running a real business, with 3× the usage and API keys. Max is one person with the biggest engine: 8× the usage, Moonshot and the bigger machine, and Social included. Ultra is the most we sell one person: 30× the usage, Ultrawork, and five machines awake at once. Business is priced by the person, two people minimum: a Team seat gives a person Pro's usage and computer, a Team+ seat gives them Max's, and you mix the two to suit your people. Enterprise is for a contracted envelope, custom security and terms, procurement, or invoicing. If you are between two, start lower; moving up keeps everything you have already set up.
Yes, on Starter: 14 days, and it takes a card so the plan can start the moment the trial ends. The trial runs like Max — Moonshot and the bigger machine included — inside the trial's own usage; Social linking and contract sending are off during the trial. We email you three days before the first charge, and you can start the plan early from inside the trial if you run through the usage first. One trial per card.
Two things, and they never mix. Usage is what the plan gives you: an amount each week, shown as a percentage with the date it resets. The week belongs to your workspace and starts the first time you run work after the last week ended, so it follows how you work rather than a calendar. Crowns are what you buy, at 400 to the dollar, when you want more than the plan gives. Usage is measured by the work Amolfi actually does for you — AI, meetings, research, communications, document processing, automations, and agent tasks — so you never have to reason about raw model tokens.
That depends on one switch. "Use my Crowns when plan usage runs out" is on whenever your Crowns balance is positive, so work carries on and draws from the balance. Turn it off and the plan is a hard stop until the week resets. If the balance is empty we offer you Crowns before anything refuses. Either way your records, completed results, approvals and billing stay available.
Crowns bought on the web are good for 12 months from the day you buy them, and the receipt prints the date. If your plan lapses the balance is held rather than burned, and the clock stops until you come back — it starts again on your next successful charge. Crowns bought through the App Store do not expire at all.
Unspent Crowns, yes — ask us and we refund the balance you have not used. Subscriptions are not refunded for a month already served, which is why Starter carries a trial and why you can move down a plan at any time. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for and removes nothing you have set up.
Only on Business, which is priced by the person, two people minimum. Each person holds a Team seat at $100 a month ($1,020 a year) or a Team+ seat at $250 a month ($2,520 a year), mixed as you like, and each seat brings that person the weekly usage and computer of the plan it mirrors. Each person's share is their own by default, which is what stops one busy afternoon spending everyone's week; an owner can switch to sharing it across the team instead. Starter, Pro, Max and Ultra are single-member workspaces — one active membership, of any role, so a viewer occupies it too. Enterprise is written into the contract.
It is included on Max, Ultra and Business, and $49 a month on Pro; Starter does not offer it. It links your business's own accounts, all in one place: one business per workspace.
Annual billing changes what you pay and when, not how Amolfi attributes usage. Every yearly price is shown as a clean month so you can compare it to the monthly rate directly, and the saving under it is the exact difference between the two. Usage is still weekly, and it still resets on your workspace’s own week rather than on your billing date.
To do the work you ask it to do, and nothing else. Amolfi does not sell, trade, or scrape your data. It is grounded on your own records — that is what makes an answer about your business instead of a generic one. Your workspace is isolated from every other organization at the database layer, not just in the interface. Agents propose rather than act: anything that moves money or leaves your workspace waits for a named owner to approve it, and sensitive server actions append to an audit log as they happen. Credentials and API keys are reached only through server endpoints and never touch the browser.
If you have a question we have not answered, get in touch from the contact page: that is also the route for a contracted usage envelope, security or procurement review, annual invoicing, custom onboarding, custom terms, or high-volume agent usage.
