Usage
Every plan includes an amount of usage each week, in a week that starts the first time your workspace runs work after the last one ended. Usage measures the work you delegate across Amolfi — AI, meetings, research, communications, document processing, automations, and agent tasks — without ever making you reason about raw model tokens.
Owners see usage as a percentage of the week and the date it resets. When the week's usage is spent, work continues on your Crowns if you have any and the switch is on — "Use my Crowns when plan usage runs out" — and stops cleanly at the plan if it is off. Records, results, approvals and billing stay available either way.
Add Social publishing, another brand or another member to the plan you are on, or buy Crowns for a heavy month.
Crowns are what you buy. A dollar buys 200 Crowns; a chat reply costs about 5, an agent task with tool calls about 17.

Crowns are good for 12 months. If your plan lapses they are held, not lost, and the clock stops until you come back.
A plan buys more than Crowns — Social, storage, people and usage that comes back every week come with it.
Past your storage and downloads you pay from your Crowns — 12 Crowns per GB a month for storage, 45 Crowns per GB for downloads. Amolfi tells you before you get there, and offers Crowns rather than stopping.

Starter is where you put your business into Amolfi and run your first real work through it, and it comes with a 14-day trial. Pro is one person running a real business on Amolfi, with Social publishing available as an add-on. Max is one person with the biggest engine — Social included, the longest machine days, and room for more than one brand. Team starts at 3 members sharing one pooled envelope and adds more a member at a time. Enterprise is for a contracted envelope, custom security and terms, procurement, or invoicing. If you are between two, start lower; moving up keeps everything you have already set up.
Yes, on Starter: 14 days, and it takes a card so the plan can start the moment the trial ends. Chat, your workspace, one bank link and the computer are all in, inside the trial's own usage; Social publishing starts on Pro, and contract sending starts with the plan. We email you three days before the first charge, and you can start the plan early from inside the trial if you run through the usage first. One trial per card.

Crowns are what you buy, at 200 to the dollar, when you want more than the plan gives. Usage is measured by the work Amolfi actually does for you — AI, meetings, research, communications, document processing, automations, and agent tasks — so you never have to reason about raw model tokens.
That depends on one switch. "Use my Crowns when plan usage runs out" is on whenever your Crowns balance is positive, so work carries on and draws from the balance. Turn it off and the plan is a hard stop until the week resets. If the balance is empty we offer you Crowns before anything refuses. Either way your records, completed results, approvals and billing stay available.
Crowns bought on the web are good for 12 months from the day you buy them, and the receipt prints the date. If your plan lapses the balance is held rather than burned, and the clock stops until you come back — it starts again on your next successful charge. Crowns bought through the App Store do not expire at all.
Unspent Crowns, yes — ask us and we refund the balance you have not used. Subscriptions are not refunded for a month already served, which is why Starter carries a trial and why you can move down a plan at any time. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for and removes nothing you have set up.
Only on Team, and only past the 3 it includes: each additional member is $45 a month and brings usage of their own into the week, so what the workspace gets grows with the team rather than being divided by it. Each member has their own weekly share by default, which is what stops one busy afternoon spending the workspace’s week; an owner can switch to sharing it across the team instead. Starter, Pro and Max are single-member workspaces — one active membership, of any role, so a viewer occupies it too. Enterprise is written into the contract.
It is included on Max and Team, and $49 a month on Pro. Starter cannot publish. One brand comes with it; another brand is $49 a month, up to 2 more on Max and up to 5 more on Team at launch.
Annual billing changes what you pay and when, not how Amolfi attributes usage. Every yearly price is shown as a clean month so you can compare it to the monthly rate directly, and the saving under it is the exact difference between the two. Usage is still weekly, and it still resets on your workspace’s own week rather than on your billing date.
To do the work you ask it to do, and nothing else. Amolfi does not sell, trade, or scrape your data. It is grounded on your own records — that is what makes an answer about your business instead of a generic one. Your workspace is isolated from every other organization at the database layer, not just in the interface. Agents propose rather than act: anything that moves money or leaves your workspace waits for a named owner to approve it, and sensitive server actions append to an audit log as they happen. Credentials and API keys are reached only through server endpoints and never touch the browser.
